NOS GM carb air bleed valve. Neat little item that GM offered back in the day. This will help with hard starting during hot soak. That is when the engine is hot and turned off, the gas in the float bowl will boil over into the intake. This causes flooding and hard starting shortly after the car is turned off.
This valve will open at that time and allow more air when starting to help prevent the hot soak issue. Should work on all engine sizes as it has a adjustment screw. Needs to be attached to a intake manifold vacuum source to work correctly. The plating has oxidation and very minor surface rust, otherwise is Brand New and never used.
