NEW OLD STOCK NOS GM Bowtie Poverty Caps for 1968-1970 Chevrolet models including Camaro and Chevelle. These are often referred to as the COPO caps and dog dish caps. GM part# 3916434. Both have the original CANADA stamp on the inside. Both come in original GM packaging. In as found condition. All I did was wipe them off with a rag. These came from a closed down Chevrolet dealership.
